Store Responsibilities
Stores must keep accurate stock status, sell genuine products, maintain hygiene & statutory compliance, and pack items securely.
Pricing Compliance
Stores are solely responsible for listed prices on the platform. All taxes must be included where applicable.
Commission & Fees
Current commission is 0% initially. NimBasket may introduce service fees later with prior written notice to partners.
Settlements
Payments and store settlements are processed as per the specific onboarding agreement cycles.
Data Privacy
We collect business name, GST/PAN (where applicable), bank details, and address for onboarding and payouts.
Violations & Penalties
Mispricing, selling fake products, poor hygiene, or repeated cancellations may lead to immediate store suspension.
