  • Damaged item
  • Wrong item
  • Duplicate payment
  • Order not delivered

Time Limit

  • Report any issues specifically within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Opened perishables unless there is a clear quality issue
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

Refund Time

  • Approved refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.
