- Damaged item
- Wrong item
- Duplicate payment
- Order not delivered
Time Limit
- Report any issues specifically within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery
- Opened perishables unless there is a clear quality issue
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
Refund Time
- Approved refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.
