Orders
Orders depend on store availability. Prices may change without notice. Some products may be replaced after approval during the packing process.
Delivery
Estimated delivery time is approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic, weather, and store availability. Delays may occur due to external factors.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before store acceptance. Once packed or dispatched, cancellation may be strictly restricted or subject to fees.
Payments
We accept supported online payment methods and Cash on Delivery where available in your specific service region.
User Misuse
Users must not: Use fake accounts, abuse delivery staff, use fraudulent payments, or illegally resell platform offers.
Limitation of Liability
NimBasket acts as a marketplace facilitator and logistics platform. Final product quality and accuracy are the responsibility of the partner store.
